We strive to fulfill and dispatch all orders within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

For the time being our online store will be shipping orders Australia-wide as well as to New Zealand. International shipping to additional countries will be introduced in the near future.

Please see the charts below for our available shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times. All domestic orders are eligible for free shipping!

All of our orders are sent using Australia Post with signature on delivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

Returns

We don't want you to stress if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, depending on your situation you may be entitled to either an exchange or refund.

We try our hardest to show in each product listing the exact sizing and condition of each item. Please be aware that the majority of our vintage items are pre-loved and may show some signs of wear including small marks or holes. Make sure you see all photos and read the descriptions carefully before making your purchase as we cannot accept returns for these reasons.

We have provided an all-inclusive shoe size chart here to help you find your correct shoe size. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if you have purchased shoes in an incorrect size. If you are able to bring the shoes into our Newtown store, we will be more than happy to assist you with an exchange for your proper size. If we do not have the exact shoe in the size needed, we can offer you a credit note of the original purchase price to be used in-store or online.

Please be advised that any shoes being returned must be in their original unworn condition with all additional bits and pieces including but not limited to laces, box, paper, tags, etc.

All of our items are authentic and are thoroughly checked for cleanliness, defects, and correct sizing, before being dispatched. In the very unlikely situation that you receive an incorrect order, or the condition of the item is significantly different from how it was described in the item listing, please let us know by emailing contact@the-real-deal.com.au, and a member of our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
