We strive to fulfill and dispatch all orders within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

For the time being our online store will be shipping orders Australia-wide as well as to New Zealand. International shipping to additional countries will be introduced in the near future.

All of our orders are sent using Australia Post with signature on delivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

We want you to love your purchase, so there’s no need to stress if you’re not completely satisfied!

We do our best to provide accurate sizing and condition details for every item in our listings. Since most of our vintage pieces are pre-loved, they may show some signs of wear, such as small marks or holes. Please take a close look at all photos and read the descriptions carefully before making your purchase, as we’re unable to offer refunds for these reasons.

If your order isn’t quite right, our customer service team is here to help! Just reach out to us here, and we’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note that any exchanges require you to ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.

To help you find the perfect fit, we’ve provided a comprehensive shoe size chart here. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for incorrect shoe sizes. However, if you can bring the shoes into our Newtown store, we’d be happy to help you exchange them for the correct size. If we don’t have the exact style in stock, we can offer you a credit note for the original purchase price, which you can use in-store or online. Please ensure that any returned shoes are in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories, including laces, box, paper, and tags.

Every item we sell is 100% authentic and thoroughly checked for cleanliness, defects, and accurate sizing before being shipped. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or the condition differs significantly from the description, please contact us here. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. Any refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
